Girard Perregaux's Cat’s Eye is a ladies watch with an immediately recognisable personality. Its watchmaking complications are adorned with diamonds, perfectly reflecting the many facets of a woman. And now the Cat's Eye has been reproduced in stainless steel.
The watch is a little larger to stay on trend, while the bezel changes the shape, ensuring that its diamonds catch the light and attract the eye.
Encircled by precious stones, the sparkling colours of champagne or silver are presented in a sun-brushed finish. A numeral at 12 is accompanied by applied, elongated teardrop markers that bring real fluidity to the hour circle. Facing the small seconds counter, the date at 3 o’clock appears in a window that echoes the shape of the case. Lastly, the power reserve is indicated in a constellation of stars.
The automatic movement with an oscillating weight, is specially designed so that it can be seen through the Cat’s Eye’s sapphire crystal case back.
The watch is also embellished with a tapestry of GP's initials, above a plate and bridges that are decorated with Côtes de Genève, a traditional hallmark of fine Swiss watchmaking.
The delicate bracelet adds the final touch to a piece that embodies the innate grace and sparkle of contemporary women.
